Teach Away Inc. chosen by Korean Government to Recruit English Teachers

TORONTO, Ontario – April 21, 2008 – Teach Away Inc. (www.teachaway.com), a North American teacher recruitment company, announced today that they have been selected by the Korean National Institute for International Educational Development (NIIED) as an official recruiting partner. Teach Away Inc. will work closely with the Korean government’s EPIK program to help fulfill their need for native English speaking teachers at public schools across South Korea. The EPIK Program expects to hire more than 350 English teachers for positions starting in September 2009.

The presidential transition team announced that, “beginning in 2010 every high school English class will be taught in English.”
