MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Native English Speaker
- must have been schooled in English for at least 10 years
- must have lived in an English speaking country for at least 10 years

PAY STRUCTURE
Level 1:  2.3 million won/month
- Teacher's Certificate for Elementary or Secondary School
- at least 2 years of full time teaching experience at accredited institutions OR
- at least 100 weeks of experience teaching with EPIK

- TESOL/TEFL Certificate, minimum 100 hours
- at least 2 years of full time teaching experience at accredited institutions OR
- at least 100 weeks of EPIK experience

- Master's degree
- at least 2 years of full time teaching experience OR 100 weeks experience with EPIK

Level 2:  2.1 million won
- Teacher's certificate for Elementary or Secondary School OR
- TESOL/TEFL Certification, minimum 100 hours OR
- Master's degree OR
- Bachelors degree + at least 1 year of full time English teaching Experience OR
- Bachelors degree +  50 weeks experience with EPIK

Level 3:  2.0 million won
- Bachelors degree

Start Date:                     ASAP, November 2007

Contract Duration:         12 months

Location:                       Gunpo, Uiwang, Suwon, Pyeongtak, Osan, Siheong, Ansan city

Teaching Hours:            22 hours/week

Working Hours:             09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Monthly Salary:             2.0-2.3 million won (see details above)
                                     (plus 300,000 won settlement allowance)

Visa:                             Sponsored by the school

Housing:                       Fully furnished single apartment provided

Vacation:                      14 working days

Bonus:                          One month salary upon contract completion

Medical Insurance:       Provided by school (50% covered by school, 50% by teacher)

National Pension:         Yes (50% covered by school, 50% by teacher)

Flight:                           Round trip airfare reimbursed upon arrival
