Job Description

Teachers who are hired to work at public schools work directly for the Korean Ministry of Education. Teaching in Busan

This city of over three million is highly regarded as Korea’s most important port and is second largest city after Seoul.  Busan has a temperature climate with four distinct seasons; with December-March being the coldest months and June-August being the hottest.  It is blessed with first-rate hotels and restaurants to go along with great beaches and shopping as well as major attractions, including the Hallyeo Maritime National Park.  The Jagalchi Market is one of the most well-known and largest fish markets in the city.

 

Busan is also renowned for its annual film festival, the Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) in October which attract filmmakers and moviegoers from many parts of Korea.  Busan holds numerous well-known events such as the 2005 APEC Economic Leaders Meeting and the 2002 Asian Games.
