How often do special education teachers obtain jobs abroad?

I am noticing there are very few advertisements for special education teacher. However, special education teachers were among the list for vacancies. Are there any special educators out there who have obtained positions abroad?

    I have 5 years experience working at a special needs school. I am also rather curious.
