Job duties for Managers

Be responsible for ensuring the academic integrity ofthe program through the development and management of the foreign teacher team
Training new teachers and current teachers both include foreign and Chinese staff , organize training programs and consistently update the training program
Lead the team and work on designing curriculum and consistently update curriculum system

Job duties for English teachers

Planning class lessons, making full use of teaching materials which include teacher notes, workbooks, flashcards, Interactive material, assessments, songs and videos, all of which is available from every work space computer

Teaching hours: less than 15 classes per week+less than 5 hours of demo class or marketing activities

Age of students: 3-12 years old.

Class size: 8-12 students
