  • Comfort with technical/administrative software

To complete our team at Secondary School, we are looking for an IB Diploma Administrative Assistant & Examination Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IBDP Coordinator with IB Diploma administrative tasks (uploading internal and external assessments, organizing resources, communicating Diploma developments, creating accounts on MyIB)
  • Liaise with the external Assessment Boards for all matters regarding the administration of the external exams
  • Prepare and run the internal school exams
  • Liaise with teachers, students and parents regarding examination entries
  • Submit entries for external examinations to awarding bodies in advance of deadlines
  • Responsible for organising exam materials, providing safe custody of and organising examination stationery and materials
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with predetermined standards
