To complete our team at Secondary School, we are looking for an IB Diploma Administrative Assistant & Examination Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the IBDP Coordinator with IB Diploma administrative tasks (uploading internal and external assessments, organizing resources, communicating Diploma developments, creating accounts on MyIB)
- Liaise with the external Assessment Boards for all matters regarding the administration of the external exams
- Prepare and run the internal school exams
- Liaise with teachers, students and parents regarding examination entries
- Submit entries for external examinations to awarding bodies in advance of deadlines
- Responsible for organising exam materials, providing safe custody of and organising examination stationery and materials
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with predetermined standards
