- Possesses excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Displays positive attitude, flexibility and strong collaborative skills
- Visa: visa procurement assistance and reimbursement of up to RMB 4,500 (for single) or RMB 6,000 (for family)
- Vacation: entitled to national Chinese holidays as designated by law and other major Western holidays, such as winter, summer, and spring breaks
- Child’s Education: 100% tuition reduction for one child
- Housing: Semi-furnished accommodations on campus provided at below market rate (approximately RMB 400 - 800)
- Meals: subsidy of RMB 500 a month per employee to purchase meals in the school cafeteria
