Take an active role in the SWOT analysis that takes place in the school each year
Formulate realistic, specific, clear, measurable, achievable, and time-bound goals
Assist in the preparation of the school's procedural, strategic, educational, administrative and financial plans
Introduce the new teachers to the members of the school in the public meeting at the beginning of the school year
Assist in the supervision of the accredited registration mechanism in terms of preparing and organizing entrance examinations, preparing new files, and payment of school fees
Attend the various periodic meetings calendar for the educational leadership (the administrative board, the school council, the council of parents, the guidance board, the classes board, etc)
Conduct classroom visits, evaluate teacher performance, make sure that the lesson preparation copybook is available, and write notes in the teacher's record.
Review all the main examination papers in each grade and for each subject
Follow up on the implementation of the accreditation standards
Submit a comprehensive progress report (in coordination with the principal and the various administrative and educational leadership in the school) to the Department of Educational Affairs
Any other task within the scope of his/her job
