Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 based on qualifications and experience

Purpose of Job:

The WAY American School Director directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities while ensuring program and procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

Shaping a vision of academic success for all students
Have high expectations for each child
Creating a climate hospitable to education
Ensure an upbeat, safe, welcoming, solution-oriented, blame free, professional environment
Cultivating leadership in others
Facilitate professional learning and leadership opportunities
Improving instruction
Ensuring every educator’s practice is effective, collaborative, and reflective

Views data as means not only to pinpoint problems, but to understand their nature and causes
