- The selected candidates should be dedicated, innovative and inspirational. She should lead by example and be able to deliver the programmes based on best teaching practises and up-to-date methodologies. The candidates should have articulated knowledge on different teaching approaches to cater for their students’ learning preferences, attain the desired objectives and achieve better results.
- To meet the minimum requirements, candidates should:
- Either a university degree in Education + at least two years of teaching experience.
- Or a university degree specializing in one of the subjects + an educational qualification + no less than two years of teaching experience.
- Or Diploma of the Intermediate College for Teachers or its equivalent + at least three years of teaching experience
- Be familiar with teaching Cambridge Primary Curriculum
- Have previous experience in teaching multi-cultural classes (Previous experience in Oman or in any Arab Speaking country is a plus).
- Demonstrate ability to use and cope up with latest technologies in class
- Get involved in extra-curricular activities and events organised by the school.
- Be critical thinker, good collaborator, creative and good communicator.
