- The selected candidates should be dedicated, innovative, and inspirational. She should lead by example and be able to deliver the programs based on best teaching practices and up-to-date methodologies. The candidates should have articulated knowledge of different teaching approaches to cater to their student’s learning preferences, attain the desired objectives and achieve better results.
- To meet the minimum requirements, candidates should:
- Either a university degree in Education + or at least two years of teaching experience.
- Or a university degree specializing in one of the subjects + an educational qualification + no less than two years of teaching experience.
- Or Diploma of the Intermediate College for Teachers or its equivalent + at least three years of teaching experience
- Be familiar with teaching Cambridge Primary Curriculum
- Have previous experience in teaching multicultural classes (Previous experience in Oman or any Arab Speaking country is a plus).
- Demonstrate ability to use and cope with the latest technologies in class
- Get involved in extra-curricular activities and events organized by the school.
- Be a critical thinker, a good collaborator, creative, and a good communicator.
