Only British qualified teachers will be considered, with a proven track record in teaching English as a First Language, History and/or AS Psychology. Experience in teaching the IB Diploma programme is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Works to create and implement a shared and inclusive Vision and Development Plan (particularly for the subject of specialisation), in line with the School’s Mission and Vision and essential Core Values by keeping pupils’ academic standards and progress highest on the agenda, with a focus on student achievement as well as, exemplary behaviour
- Contribute to the the School’s Self Evaluation & Improvement Plan, by primarily being responsible for assessing, planning and reviewing student progress and provision, also ensuring that pupils’ works are reflected/updated in high quality display/evidences in classroom and around the school
- Model lessons and exhibit good classroom management skills in terms of planning, classroom organisation, management of resources and time management
- Promote and encourage reflective practices as well as, sharing of expertise/best practices among peers
- Responsible for analysing the assessment results in accordance with the benchmarks set by the Board and school management, implementing timely interventions
