Seeking an ESL Teacher for all levels, from A1 to C2.
Courses for children and teenagers are our strongpoint. We believe in an active and dynamic methodology applied to children's classes which is why we work with a lot of state schools in our area. The strength of the school lies in its teachers and their ability to interact with each other and with the Director of Studies. Teaching means sharing knowledge, which is why we are looking for team players.
Our teachers work throughout the year in classes starting from kindergarten straight to higher secondary school in our school with internal students as well as in State Schools. In addition to this, we also teach adult evening courses financed by European Social Funds. Company courses and Business English courses are organised throughout the year.
We give our teachers full professional support providing them with teaching resources – plan of work, tests, etc. The working environment is warm and friendly, therefore, cooperative, interactive and friendly dispositions are most welcome. We take care of our teachers' learning process and help them advance professionally.
The contract is from September/October to July. The contract is within an official Italian Contratto Collettivo Nazionale Framework and guarantees a fixed net salary every month inclusive of social contributions and medical care. Teachers are asked to fill in their hours by the end of the month and receive an official payslip and are paid by the 12th of the following month. The fixed salary is for 80 teaching hours a month. If teachers go over that number the salary increases accordingly. If the hours are less teachers still receive the full fixed amount anyway. This is to ensure economic stability without having to second guess the amount earned every month.
