Additional School Requirements:

English native speaker
Teaching experience is preferable
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate/Major in Education or English are preferable
Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work under a dynamic environment

Job Benefits:

35 hours for 5 days per week, with a maximum of 22 teaching hours
Monthly salary: 10,000-15,000 RMB (1600-2400 USD) with an annual raise
Bonuses: vary from hundreds to thousands each month based on the different class rates
Airfare reimbursement: 8,000 RMB
Holidays: 4 weeks holiday with a traveling allowance of 3,000 RMB and 17 paid Chinese national holidays per year
Full assistance with work visa sponsorship and 3,000+ RMB allowance for the work visa

About our courses

Multimedia Course

This is what our students take before private classes. Here our students can access numerous interactive activities to reinforce their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Core Classes

Core classes at NIE are small-sized. Each class has a maximum of 8 students. This is to enable the teachers to really concentrate on what our students have learned from their multimedia courses and students’ books in the respects of vocabulary, grammar as well as listening and speaking. We provide the teachers with our own curricula which are well structured and easy to teach. Of course, we also allow your creativity in class to deliver fun and meaningful lessons.

Complimentary Classes

Teachers also give complimentary classes, which are topic-based discussions with the students from the same English level. Class topics vary from eating out, career, holidays and travel etc. The topics are usually given to the students in advance, so they can be fully prepared for the classes.

Extra Curricular Activities

Teachers can incorporate your creativity, cultural background and interests in ECA that we organize for our students and their friends. ECA could be anything from table manners to holiday celebrations. Not only is it a rewarding experience but it is also entertaining.
