A wide range of teaching experience with KG aged children
Experience of working in a high achieving school (preferred)
Evidence of successful implementation of a range of whole school initiatives, focusing on positive outcomes for pupils
Experience of accreditation and school inspections (preferred)

Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the phases of Early Years Foundation Stage. To provide and lead the strategic direction for the EYFS School, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by the Principal as mandated by BEAM. To raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum area and to monitor and support student progress. Manage and deploy teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the department effectively to support the department development plan.
