Job Description
EGA's Girls School Vice Principal is a key leadership position and is responsible for the effective management and supervision of the girls' school section. The Vice Principal works closely with the School Principal, leadership team, teachers, students, and parents to ensure a high-quality educational experience that aligns with the IB framework, the school’s mission, and Qatar’s educational policies. This role involves overseeing academic programs, student behavior, teacher support, and operational responsibilities to foster a positive and productive learning environment for female students.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.Ed. in education, leadership, or a related field
- Master’s degree in educational leadership or administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an IB or international school setting.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of International Baccaleaurate (IB)

Etqan Global Academy (EGA) is Canadian leadership led IB PYP accredited school, an IB MYP Candidate, and a CIS member school that offers an advanced education model in Doha, Qatar in addition to the Qatari Curriculum for the Arabic Language, Islamic, and Social Studies. As of the academic year 2025/2026, we provide schooling to Pre-KG to Grade 10 students, and we plan for natural growth up to grade 12 in successive years.
