Taaleem is looking for qualified, enthusiastic, and passionate Instructional Coach to join our Dubai Schools campus in August 2026.

Job Purpose:
The Teaching, Learning and Innovation Lead is primarily responsible for coaching Primary or Secondary School teachers to improve their practice so that they can consistently deliver high quality lessons. The Teaching, Learning and Innovation Lead is a member of the Primary/Secondary Senior Leadership Team (P/S-SLT).


Key Relationships (Internal and External):
Teachers, Head of Early Years, Head of Arabic Subjects, Assistant Head of Primary, Deputy Head of Primary


Key Accountabilities:

  • Coaching all Grade teachers.
  • Support Head of Arabic Studies with coaching of Arabic and Islamic teachers.
  • Modelling of Outstanding lessons.
  • Attend weekly Middle Leadership Team meetings.
  • High Quality T&L approach.
  • Lead, co-teach, promote and oversee Innovation Hub.
  • Promote and lead Social, Environmental and Innovation initiatives.
  • Participate in termly lesson observations and regular learning walks.
  • Develop a professional development plan for the school and source appropriate provision.
  • Assist with induction for new staff.
  • Contribute to Strategic Planning (SDP).
  • Teach up to 10 lessons per week as a non-homeroom teacher.
  • Other duties as directed by the Principal, Head of Primary - Secondary

  • Teaching Staff are offered two-year contracts, which can be extended by further periods of up to two years, on the recommendation of the Principal.
  • Salaries are awarded on the basis of experience and qualifications and will be appointed to a specific point on the Dubai Schools’ salary scale. We regularly review our salary scales, which are structured to enable ongoing development and progression.
