The Instructional Coach at AIS is focused on improving student achievement through working directly with staff. This will be achieved through collaborative planning with the Curriculum Director that is informed by the needs and goals of divisional Principals and IB Coordinators. Instructional coaches support the School Improvement Plan (SIP), common elements of the IB Continuum, ongoing initiatives, and the overall enhancement of teaching and learning by adhering to the school’s vision.
