Able to attend an in-person interview in North America, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, Abu Dhabi or New Zealand.

Job Description:

Teach abroad in Abu Dhabi! Teach Away is accepting applications for Grades 6 - 9 ICT-Computer teaching positions within Abu Dhabi’s public school system, run by the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).

Locations

ADEC schools are located throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This includes the cosmopolitan island city of Abu Dhabi, the oasis “Garden City” of Al Ain, and the historical western Region, Al Dhafra.

Job Details

These current ADEC ICT-Computer teaching jobs are for motivated and experienced educators who can assist with the country’s educational reform initiative. Through this initiative, the country aims to ready its youth at all levels, from primary to college, for international success. ADEC ICT-Computer teachers will teach Information and communication technology to local Emirati students in grades 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Additional Training

Teachers who are successfully placed with ADEC through Teach Away will receive a full scholarship for the University of Toronto TEFL Online 10-hour Teaching English to Arabic Speakers module, completely free!
