They accept a lead role in our safeguarding program and work closely with the Secondary School Pastoral Assistant Principal. EMS Doha embraces the motto 'A Place Where We Belong'. EMS Doha has an extensive pastoral program grounded in a House System, so that every student might acquire a deeper sense of self and a sense of place. The Key Stage 3 Counselor plays a leadership role in our pastoral system, providing curriculum support for our pastoral carers.
