Secondary science teacher (6th-10th grade) for biology, chemistry and physics

Full-time teaching position, 1-year contract with possibility of extension, start date 1st of August 2021.

  • ​Plan and teach science courses to meet students’ needs, interests and abilities for students in 6th-10th grade in biology, chemistry and physics
  • Design curriculum as per the needs of the students and in alignment with Cambridge standards
  • Evaluate and assess students’ progress on a periodic basis.
  • Monitor individual student progress.
  • Take corrective measures to enhance student learning abilities.
  • Instruct students on proper use of lab equipment, materials, aids and textbooks.
  • Set and monitor standards of student behavior.
  • Assist staff members in assessing students’ attitude, learning problems.
  • Advise parents on students’ progress and development.

Experience with/successfully complete training in Cambridge Secondary I and Cambridge IGCSE Sciences - Co-ordinated (Double) (0654)curriculum required
