The health provided is the Gov't health program. Return airfare is provided, a housing allowance is paid and the school routinely provides Professional development programs. The contract is for two years, and a summer salary is included.
Hope school is looking for special needs teachers. Our student population ranges from 3 to 18 years of age. 65% of our students are ASD, 16% are GDD, 12% are D/S. We group the classes based on age and cognitive ability. There are always 3 adults sin the class, teacher, teaching assistant and helper. We will entertain the hiring of new graduates but prefer teachers with experience with these exceptionalities.
HOPE School for Special Needs is a private international school serving children with intellectual developmental disorders since 2006. The school specializes in preschool to elementary age children diagnosed with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome, and general learning delays.
