The candidate must have a detailed knowledge of the TEFL and SAT as well as test taking skills/strategies for both, be available on Saturdays, and have excellent writing skills.

  • Salary as established by approved salary scale
  • VISA costs are reimbursed (see appendix on contract)
  • Home leave – Yearly round trip airfare to nearest international airport to home of record (restricted economy fare)
  • Settling in allowance of US $500 or $750 per teaching couple

An experienced TEFL teacher/ test prep professional with a minimum of two years' teaching TEFL is desired to prepare middle School and High School students for the TEFL. The ideal candidate will also assume the responsibilities as a College Counselor helping students complete applications and reviewing application essays. He will also keep the students informed of all SAT exams in the area and aid the students in SAT applications. In addition to the contact hours (8-10 hours) during the work week, the position requires regular Saturday Sessions (approximately 6 hours) with the students.
