Global Leadership University (www.glu.edu.mn) is an accredited institution of higher learning offering bachelor and master degree programs in medicine, nursing, business and humanities. GLU has currently an enrolment of 1500 students and its subsidiary, New Century Leadership International School, is recruiting a native English speaker to spend 1-2 years as a vice-principal/ESL teacher at the school. 

This is a paid, fellowship program where participants come on a student visa sponsored by GLU. Program participants will teach ESL or math or science subjects for 1-8 grades. GLU is a leading institution in offering various exchange and international joint degree programs for its students and is one of a few schools in Mongolia to offer programs taught in English.

Fellows will have 30 hours (45 minutes per hour) of teaching per week.

Applicants should demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to live in a developing country. Leadership and teamwork skills are expected, and fellows must be committed to the placement and show a willingness to communicate and overcome challenges.

New Century Leadership International School (www.newcentury.edu.mn) is a small private international school with Cambridge English curriculum. In addition to teaching Cambridge English curriculum, the role of vice-principal requires the participant to manage the day-to-day delivery of the Cambridge curriculum, make improvements and sustain the curriculum management required by Cambridge International (www.cambridgeinternational.org). 

Bachelor degree is required, advantage to teachers with teaching license, TEFL/math/science teaching experience in elementary and middle school level. This will be a great learning experience for those who wish to experience Mongolia, learn and grow professionally and make a difference for students in Mongolia and beyond.
