Qualifications:

  • Relevant BA Degree & PGCE
  • At least 8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position
  • Experience in leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievements
  • Collaborate with the Principal to bring innovative strategies to the implementation of the US curriculum
  • Foster a collaborative environment for both educators and students
  • Provide essential support in managing day-to-day school operations, ensuring streamlined efficiency
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet educational objective
  • Experience with the American curriculum is preferred
  • Middle East experience is preferred
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English

Bloom Education is looking for an inspirational school leader for a Vice Principal position in our Ras Al Khaimah school, commencing April 2024.
