Branch Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of branch operations.
  • Train staff, implement and execute the overall business objectives
  • Create and manage operational budget and maintain periodic inventory review
  • Plan annual registration target and ensure its achievement.
  • Reconciliation of financial reports, petty cash and available funds.
  • Responsible to organize events and maintain strong relations with the community.

Experience, Education & Key attributes:

  • Five or more years of experience in the preschool environment or in a similar role.
  • Must possess a Bachelors in Business Management accredited from University.
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, assess, organize, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, take initiative, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
