Teacher assitant needed for an elementary western program for Chinese students in a Chinese school. All western teachers work with a western principal.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Certificates
TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
Education RequiredBachelor
MajorEducation or related field
Additional School Requirements
  • Prior experience in IB is preferred, but not required
  • 2 years teaching experience for VISA
  • Prior experience in working abroad, especially in Asia, is preferred, but not required
  • Proven success with primary and intermediate teaching skills, ESL/EFL training and teaching and an ability to work collaboratively with school administration
  • Ability to live and work in China
  • Native English speaker
TEFL certification required
