English Program Principal
Job Purpose
Provide leadership to teachers, parents, and students in grades 9-12 while actively promoting a holistic professional plan in a dynamic system dedicated to honor, excellence, community, and joy.
Job Duties
- To implement the resolution of the Board of Directors and Chancellor in formulating the school work and development plans of the English Track
- To be responsible for the daily operational and educational management of the English Track of the high school
- To adhere to the "student-centered" principle and to lead the administration and educational work in the English Track
- To establish and continually improve the English Track management systems (including teaching reform, collaboration, and research activities)
- As the Principal of the English Track, to lead all foreign teachers in the Chinese Department and Kindergarten in the educational field of work
- To introduce and provide teacher development and training platform to promote the professional development and career growth of teachers
- To lead the development of school information technology, promoting the overall efficiency in the school management and student information management systems
- To manage in a democratic manner, being accountable for the growth of teachers under the supervision and guidance of the Chancellor
- To implement the ad hoc tasks assigned by the Chancellor
