Facebook Communications Manager

Your role is to open Facebook discussions and answer questions about our online school.

If you have strong experience of the US high school system and you're interested in working from home making Facebook postings and interacting with prospective students and their parents via Facebook, this could be the job for you.

This job has 2 parts: the first part involves becoming a member of Facebook groups focused on homeschooling and various aspects of online high school education. The second part then requires you to enter into discussions with parents, students and educators and to get the word out about our online school.

It is essential that you are able to answer questions that come up about topic such as accreditation, course certification, transcripts, online tutoring and essentially provide customer service to people who need help with our courses via Facebook. For this reason, you need to have a strong background in the US high school education system for this role. If you've worked as a teacher, counselor, administrator or somewhere in the US high school system for more than 5 years, you might have the experience we need.
