Description of position

The International School of Kuwait (ISK) is seeking an inspirational administrative associate to support the Finance Hub while helping to realize the School’s vision and mission. The Finance Hub Administrative Associate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties such as: liaising with prospective faculty and staff and arranging interviews; assisting in the onboarding and induction process of newly hired faculty; processing and maintaining accurate documentation and detailed records of all faculty and staff; and other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the Chief Financial Officer and/ or Finance Hub Partner.

The Finance Hub Administrative Associate will support all members of this incredibly diverse community with cultural competence and an emphasis on integrity, well-being, inquiry, empowerment, inclusivity.

Additional School Requirements

Experience of working in a busy office environment, with impeccable administrative and customer-oriented service skills. An organized and flexible approach to work is absolutely essential for success in this position.  Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite is essential.

The ability to assess a situation and take appropriate action in a timely manner and being able to prioritize tasks, with accuracy and working to strict guidelines, taking initiative while fostering a sense of creative thinking and contributing actively and constructively to a team are essential success indicators for this position. Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic are essential.
