Teaching duties & expectations:
Respect the school and all those within it
Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches
Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning
Design & implement teaching-related documents (e.g. schemes of work, lesson plans)
Contribute to subject curriculum development
Participate in school academic (e.g. invigilation) and non-academic activities (e.g. field trip)
Engage in collaborative work with Chinese and international colleagues
Demonstrate a high level of emotional maturity and flexibility
Participate and positively contribute to staff meetings
Engage in professional development as both student and trainer
Behave in a professional manner with all colleagues and students

Dual curriculum: Chinese National Curriculum & Cambridge
