Taaleem Charter Schools  As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.   Taaleem currently has three established Elementary Charter Schools; Al Salam School (opened 2019) Al Watan School (opened 2019) Al Riyadh School (opened 2021) Our Elementary Schools combined, welcome over 7,000 students through their doors every day! 500 dedicated, qualified Teachers engage our young learners in modern, purpose-built, spacious campuses in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi.  The Taaleem Charter Schools offer Teachers an inclusive, collaborative working environment where staff wellbeing and professional development are at the forefront. We are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient teachers who are committed to the long term goals of this project. Due to our rigorous approvals systems in the UAE please be aware of the requirements for teachers in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold a recognized teaching qualification, e.g. Bachelor’s of Education or relevant degree in the teacher's subject area plus a PGCE, to gain ADEK approval.
