Head Teacher/ Deputy Head Teacher - Noor Al Diyar Private School - Bahrain

This role would be ideal for an organised and planned thinking Head Teacher/Deputy Head Teacherwith a strong grasp of how to ensure exceptional teaching and learning across the primary phase of the school. Responsibilities:

Deliver exciting and focused leadership for the staff, students and the wider community

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and the quality of teaching and learning

To develop a school perfection plan founded in a secure understanding of classroom observation and data.

Improve the existing system for the management of staff performance, incorporating target setting and individual development plans

Continuously promote the environment that reflects and secures outstanding teaching, effective learning, high standards of achievement and good behaviour.

Develop and maintain effective partnerships with the community including business and industry.

Constantly improve an organisation in which all staff feel valued and recognise that they are accountable for the success of the school.
