Head Teacher - Gateway International School - Congo
We are in search of an experienced and competent head teacher for our school. Being a new school and the only competitor to one existent English international school, this challenge will be an enriching experience for our head teacher. As a pioneer Head Teacher in our school, in a French speaking African country, the Head Teacher will lead the school and have as main task to control and supervise the quality of the lessons given out by the teachers. The head teacher will be a guarantor for the smooth running of the school. He/She will liaise between the school owner and staff needs not forgetting parents. As such, the head teacher plays a very vital role in the success of the school. The teacher will definitely be an outstanding teacher.
The Head Teacher will have to play these roles and some more
- Responible for the smooth running and implementation of the school curriculum
- Manage the entire staff
- Keep the entire staff team motivated
- Set and meet school targets
- They will have to ensure that our curriculum and study materials are in line with the Fieldwork Education pre requsicites
