We are seeking a highly competent, enthusiastic, energetic, and dynamic High School/Middle School Principal to begin on September, 2023. Candidates should possess a commitment to provide a high-quality learning experience for High/Middle School students.

As the principal, you are the face of the school. You'll lead teachers and staff, set goals and ensure students meet their learning objectives. Overseeing your school's day-to-day operations means handling disciplinary matters, managing a budget and hiring teachers and other personnel.

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Teaching experience in High/Middle School level (at least 2 years). Also experience as Principal.
  • Teaching certification 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers and other member of the executive team.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners
  • Proven ability to develop successful academic programs
  • Willingness to collaborate regularly with colleagues in a positive, constructive manner
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach both and initiative.
  • A professional approach and high standards of ethics and behaviour.
  • A desire to make a difference to the lives of young people and their teams
  • Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents and teachers
  • Must have letters of recommendation 
  • Background check required 

 

Having an excellent command of English is an essential requirement for this position.
