Highschool ELA Teacher
The English Language Arts teacher is responsible for creating a classroom environment that develops in each student the skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing that is fundamental to literate citizenship; the ELA teacher supports the development and appreciation of good literature of all types; motivates students to read widely for information and recreation; develops standards for critical judgment of written and oral communications; discovers and develops special talents of students and is attentive to student special needs.
