House Tutor - Pastoral

We are seeking a passionate and inspirational House Tutor to join a leading international boarding school, Institut auf dem Rosenberg. The successful candidate will work closely with both academic and co-curricular departments to ensure pastoral care is delivered to the highest standard. The ability to instruct sports or co-curricular activities is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A teaching qualification, pastoral or hospitality equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of pastoral, teaching, hospitality experience
  • Extensive experience of delivering pastoral care to students of mixed age groups
  • Experience with 1:1 tutoring as well as mentoring or well-being counseling

Tasks & Competencies:

  • Organising the students' daily routine while maintaining the highest level of care and attention to student wellbeing.
  • Organisation and implementation of recreational and sports programs and activities.
  • Academic supervision and homework support.
  • Delivering sports and/or co-curricular courses.
  • Driving duty.
