HS English and Social Studies Teacher
The HS English teacher leads 5 classes of English in an 8-block schedule. One of the main objectives of a teacher is to teach the English Curriculum based on the Common Core framework in a coherent manner that meets the needs of all learners. Teachers are responsible for assessing learning linked to standards. The teacher also acts as a mentor to a group of students every day during MAPPS sessions.
