Instructional Designer
We are a small language school looking for help designing new courses for our school. We have a program we are very proud of but fast growth means we need a more diverse set of classes for children who would like to attend multiple classes. A successful candidate will have ESL teaching experience and be able to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. The position involves setting instructional end goals, creating content and assessments that do not feel like tests for teachers to track progress. The position also involves working with teachers to explain content and integrate feedback into lessons so excellent communication skills are vital. Our courses are aimed at children 6-12 years old and are highly creative, so we are looking for someone with fresh ideas that will keep children engaged. Knowledge of learning models and visual design tools, such as Photoshop, is necessary.
This is a fun job that requires a creative person with very specific skills. If you feel like you might be a good fit we would be very excited to hear from you.
Applications for this position will be received directly by the school and will not be reviewed by Teach Away's Placement Coordinators.
Any communication about the job will take place directly between you and the institution. Tracking of your application status will take place within the application tracking system used by the school you are applying to (outside of your Teach Away Dashboard).
