As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors.

As part of this new initiative, we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, to raise the quality of education; play a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This increased to 6 schools in August 2021 and again to 9 schools in August 2022.

Taaleem currently operates and manages four thriving KG schools located in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi. With increasing enrolment numbers for AY 2-23-24, we are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient KG Teachers who are committed to the long-term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals.

The projected growth of the Taaleem Branch Charter School Project will offer a broad range of opportunities in the coming years.

Who is Taaleem?

As a Taaleem teacher, you will join one of the largest, most respected education providers in the United Arab Emirates. Taaleem (which means ‘education’ in Arabic’) was established in 2004 and now has over 11,000 students attending our 9 Charter Schools in Abu Dhabi. Taaleem is also one of the Middle East’s leading IB workshop providers for PYP, MYP, DP, and IBCP. We began training in 2009 and have enrolled over 7000 participants to date.
