In addition to the specific requirements for each position within the academic structure, and the duties included in the institutional regulations, all teachers in the ALERCE, must have:

  • Knowledge, domain and credibility of the Educational Model of the school and in particular of regulation institutional.
  • Clear sense of belonging with the institution.
  • Communication skills, leadership ability, excellent management group and ability to work in a team.
  • The ability and temperament for the proper handling of conflicts.
  • Ongoing training with a view to offer the best to the Department and therefore to the students.
  • Ability to establish cordial and respectful relationships with students, their peers, their bosses, their minions, and in general with all members of the school community.
  • Teachers should also be adjusted to the profile of the IB learning community.
  • The foreign teachers who wish to apply, must demonstrate academic training, experience in teaching in schools IB greater than two years.
