Job Benefits

  • Working visa offered when qualified
  • Eeimburse costs of work-related certificates (including Foreign Expert Certificate and Residence Permit) as well as expenses of the health check done in China after the employee’s arrival
  • Monthly salary (gross) ranging from RMB 20,000 to 30,000 according to experience
  • Free accommodation (utilities not included)
  • Overtime allowance based on the number of classes, or class equivalents, per week
  • Bonus paid after 2 years’ contract (depends on yearly performance appraisal schemes); Maximum 2 months’ salary
  • Responsibilitiy allowance for employees with more than one positions of responsibility (not common, but will be paid RMB 800-2000 per position)
  • Maximum of RMB 60000 education allowance per year per child, maximum 2 children (for the 2nd year of employment)
  • RMB 5000 settling fee provided at the beginning of entry and deducted from 3rd month’s salary, if needed
  • Paid holidays: China public statutory holidays, Winter/Summer Holiday, Christmas Holiday
  • 10 days of paid sick leave in each school year
  • Maximum of RMB 8000 airfare per year for one visit to home country or other countries qualified by academic principal during the contract
  • Medical insurance provided

  • Have passion in teaching and enthusiasm for learning
  • Respects Chinese values and culture
  • Clean criminal record
