Middle School Social Studies Teacher

An experienced, passionate, and creative Social Studies teacher who can foster stimulating discussions in engaging lessons for secondary school, nurturing students' dispositions, skills, knowledge, and understanding of world cultures, human history, and societies, and who can lay the foundations for success in High School classes.

A typical teaching load will be thirty 40-minute periods per week (or equivalent).

Additional School Requirements
Clear record of successfully teaching the subject and level. Clean and verifiable police record. Have excellent English verbal and written skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the teaching or academic area of this vacancy. Possess a current government-issued teaching license. International teaching experience preferred. At least two years of classroom teaching experience in a secondary (middle or high) school.
