Nursery/Nursery Centre Manager

Blue Bird Nursery (BBN)  Blue Bird Nursery is looking to hire a Native English Speaker female Nursery Manager for our new branch in Dubai. 

The perfect candidate is expected to be a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic in EYFS that will take responsibility for managing, leading our new branch Nursery in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to Lead, Manage and develop an effective team
  • Daily Administrative Duties
  • EYFS Curriculum -understanding and implementation, planning
  • Marketing & Admissions, and Budget preparation
  • Ensure policies and procedures implementation and adherence
  • Nursery organization, administration, supervision  –timetables, events, meetings, recruitment, resourcing
  • Staff supervision, support, training and evaluation
  • Communication with parents to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Creating a caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play
  • Adhere to environmental, health and safety policies

Additional School Requirements
  • Native English speaker
  • ECEC level 5 Diploma or equivalent 
  • Prior experience with children in early childhood age groups preferably in the Gulf region
  • A very good academic background relevant to the position, EYFS curriculum 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as role will involve interacting with parents and teachers from different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills and the ability to support, develop, and motivate
  • The ability to work with young children and their families in ways which are sensitive and positive
  • Business skills
  • A warm, caring, friendly and approachable personality
