Alongside the launching of theedgetutors.com, the Edge's worldwide online-teaching platform, we are looking for the talented and passionate teachers/consultants to join us to make the learning experience more efficient. At the Edge Tutors, we offer a wide range of products and services, ranging from test preparation to academic tutoring to university admissions. We've built the most interactive online classroom and you'll get to meet and teach some of the most intelligent students from the age 12-20, with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
What do you need to do as the online tutor:
- Deliver tutoring for students in groups or one-on-one lessons in various subjects (you can decide what to teach!) Popular subjects include: humanities subjects, like English Language, English Literature, History, or sciences subjects, like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or test preparation, like SAT, SSAT or ACT.
- Conduct pre and post-course assessments when students need
How can you work for The Edge:
- You have a bachelors degree or are currently studying in a top university with 2 years+ tutoring experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing and analysis skills
- Own a computer, webcam and a headset (this is the MUST), you are ready to sign in to the online classroom
