We are looking for a part-time Online Vocabulary tutor to conduct virtual lessons with students preparing for exams. You can work remotely, but must be available during our regular English teaching hours (5PM to 7PM Japan Standard Time).
What you will work on:
- Conduct daily virtual lessons
- Prepare for lessons before the start of each class
- Teach a 30-minute one-on-one class with each student
- Be prepared to accommodate the needs/questions of students during and after class
- Write client-facing progress reports
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and class performance
Work hours:
- Must be available from 5pm-7pm (JST)
- Being available for the whole day is a plus but not required
Compensation:
- Potentially up to 400 - 500 USD/month
