Pre-School Self-Contained Teacher

We are looking for experienced preschool teachers to join our bright team. If you love early education and can reach children with patience, tact, and love, let’s meet.

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment that will help your students in their learning and socio-emotional development. We are looking for someone with active, interesting, and diverse methods of teaching young children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, music, STEAM) to teach children in a second language (English)
  • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies
  • Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve conflicts
  • Guide children to develop their learning capabilities
  • Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Track children’s learning process and report to parents
  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background
  • Collaborate with other members of the preschool team
  • Maintain a clean and safe learning environment conducive to learning

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills
  • Ability to act as a mediator between children
  • Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable
  • Creative and resourceful
  • BSc/BA in education or relevant field

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the High Scope approach
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach
