Preschool Homeroom Teacher
We are an International School offering an English educational setting for infants (1-year-old) through Kindergarten (5-year olds) students.
Abroad International School Okayama provides an English-based comprehensive education using the IB PYP curriculum and strategies. Currently, we are an IB candidate school, and our teachers are learning about the IB program. This is a great opportunity for our teachers to expand their knowledge and experience in the world-class IB program.
At the Preschool School, we aim to help our students gain confidence and make learning fun for these young learners. We provide many opportunities for students to demonstrate what they have learned and maintain a low student to teacher ratio which allows for a strong student-teacher relationship.
We are seeking teachers who are enthusiastic, energetic, and love communicating with young children. They must be a team player and ready to contribute to our students' education and our school's success.

As required by IB, we have collaborative planning and sharing reflections meetings and try to support our teachers as much as possible in a friendly environment.
