Primary School Principal

The Primary School Principal is responsible for the overall leadership for the Primary School, which serves approximately 600 learners in Grade 1 through Grade 5. The Principal's primary focus is the continuous improvement of teaching and learning, curriculum development and the support, supervision and evaluation of teachers. The ability to foster a positive school culture characterized by collaboration, mutual support and a growth mindset is essential.

Beginning in September 2021, Green Hills Academy plans to begin implementing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). Thus, knowledge of and experience with the PYP are preferred but not required.

Green Hills Academy is an International Baccalaureate World School located in Rwanda, serving more than 2,200 learners from over 60 countries. Established in 1997 with 130 learners, GHA has grown steadily over the years.
