School Nurse

We are currently recruiting a qualified School Nurse who would be responsible for the health, hygiene, and well-being of students and staff of the school, in compliance with regulations and rulings of the Ministry of Health.

The School Nurse is a priority position within any school to ensure complete care to the students and the maintenance of a healthy school environment. The role consists of assisting the School Doctor in the physical/medical examination of students, the first aid and emergency care, the prevention and control of communicable diseases, and the maintenance of all records and reports.

Additional School Requirements

Recognized and approved BSc Nursing or 3-year General Nursing Certificate. A valid  MOH License will be required if you are successful. Current, up-to-date knowledge of worldwide medical and healthcare practices

Skills:

Excellent English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Positive interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to remain calm in cases of emergency and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times. A logical and relaxed individual able to interact with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures.
